Backbone Agency - Dedicated to providing strategic direction, support of aligned activities and logistical support.

 

The Collective Impact Model is an intentional way of working together, leveraging relationships and sharing information with other veteran serving organizations so that a comprehensive range of services is available to veterans and their families.
